**About the Role ** ‍**:
**Job functions**:

- Browse and search for specific information on the web.
- Capture data accurately and efficiently from multiple sources.
- Input data into spreadsheets following the provided format and guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of data to ensure high quality and completeness.
- Maintain and update records as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure consistency.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- C1 or above English level (strictly necessary)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with various websites and online platforms is preferred.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to guidelines strictly.

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience with data management tools and software.
- Basic understanding of online operations and terminology.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
