Game Publishing Associate

We publish award-winning indie video games, working closely with influencers and press, and are looking for a dedicated, smart game publishing associate to work end-to-end across the publishing lifecycle.

We are considering **trainee, junior and experienced applicants,** provided they have the right skills.

This publishing associate will work across a range of tasks from play tests, community building, social media planning, demo campaigns, early access and game launches, using a range of platforms and tools, working directly with developer clients.

This is you:

- Deep commitment to gaming, with extensive experience of every genre on every platform - PC, mobile and console
- Experience with beta tests, play tests, Discord, social media content creation, Steam Early Access, Steam Next Fest, press reviews, AMAs, embargoes, and variety streamers
- Project management experience, managing processes (amateur or at work) across many months, documenting process and plans, and always on time
- Strong with technology, sheets,AI, wikis, decks, and any tools needed to get the job done reliably and collaboratively
- Understanding of business principles, including business plans, and financial projections
- Happy chatting with clients

Pay: Up to $1,225,000 per month
