Our client is seeking an exceptional Professional Services Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving customer success for our most strategic clients. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams, shaping and leading the execution of transformational projects, ensuring synergy and satisfaction across our customers' experiences. This role requires fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotly with clients in MST - Mountain Standard Time, PST - Pacific Standard Time, or APJ or AEDT - Australian Eastern Daylight Time time zones. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage long-term program management projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction Collaborate with the Professional Services team to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and support project execution Proactively identify, anticipate, and address customer needs by providing training, support, and other solutions for a seamless customer experience Manage project and account-level escalations, mitigating risks to customer success through strategic planning and product/service recommendations Work closely with Professional Services Consultants to maintain high-quality engagements and foster positive client relationships Facilitate group discussions, implementation methodologies, roadmapping, enterprise strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions Drive continuous improvement strategies to reduce cost of revenue

**Requisitos**:
BS or equivalent degree in a relevant field 3-5 years of Program management/Customer management experience or equivalent Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences and manage challenging client situations Highly developed soft skills, including a collaborative and consultative work style that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in Google Applications, Slack, and Salesforce Fluency in English
