**Main Responsibilities**:
- Developing and implementing test plan/strategy including design, execution and maintenance of manual test cases and test suites for functional, regression and smoke validation across all environments and services supported by the Digital platform within the feature delivery and support cycle.
- In addition, the QA Analyst will work with testing of user interfaces (including browser and device compatibility) and APIs and to contribute and provide guidance and leadership to our continued improvement for QA standards and industry practices. You should have strong programming background experience and database querying skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organization and time management skills.
**What you’ll do**:
- Work closely with the different Digital teams to gather both technical and business requirements and identify testing opportunities and recommendations
- Work as a member of the Digital scrum team in planning, estimating, and verifying user stories and acceptance criteria
- Assist in research and study new and evolving technologies, standards and processes as it relates to Software Quality Assurance
- Identify toolsets and other testing needs including any recommendations as needed
- Assist in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on production issues
- Participate in product and infrastructure discovery, design and review sessions
- Collaborate with business units to provide better understanding on how to improve workflow and increase process efficiency by streamlining testing activities and tasks
**Experience & Skills**:
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related principle is a must.
- 3+ years of experience creating and implementing test plans/strategies
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing test scripts as well managing defects/bugs using standard test management toolset (i.e. TestRail, TestNG, Rational Quality Manager, HP Quality Center, Azure, etc.)
- Background in one or more functional programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript,.Net, C#) is desired
- Working knowledge of REST API testing tools, such as Postman, Swagger and SoapUI as well as designing and building API and Data driven testing frameworks is an advantage
- Practical experience with Azure and Azure DevOps is a definite advantage
- Understanding and experience with SQL databases is desirable
- Self-motivated, independent thinker with excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is an advantage
