**The Work You'll Do**:

- More specifically you will:_
- Assist with the preparation and review of the global tax provision including deferred taxes, payable reconciliations, income tax provision, return to provision, purchase accounting, and financial statement footnotes. Build excellent audit files to support financial statements.
- Establish positive working relationships with service providers and manage engagements to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of tax projects.
- Gather data, understand and analyze intercompany transactions, and ensure transfer pricing documentation is prepared.
- Ensure that all local country corporate income tax returns are prepared.
- Responsible for the initial analysis of tax notices/audits, research, and responses to the tax authorities.
- Identify, recommend and execute process improvements and automation efficiencies.
- Assist with M&A, participate in US tax return compliance process, and tax planning projects.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of internal controls for tax processes.
- Assist with other projects as requested.

**What We Need From You**
- CPA required.
- History of success working in global corporate income tax.
- General knowledge of federal, state, and US international tax.
- Ability to lead and prioritize multiple assignments and projects; deliver a thorough and accurate work product in a dynamic environment.
- Detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Due to client contractual obligations
