**What will you do?**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out HR administration (record keeping, employee details, movers & leavers forms etc.)
- Invoice payments - raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Draft contracts and annexes for all new hires and for all changes throughout the year
- Draft finiquitos for all leavers
- Process all medical licenses
- Liaise with external providers on all administration requirements regarding healthcare, pension etc.
- Register all new employees with the relevant insurance forms and maintain changes
- Follow up on vacation approvals (signed forms)
- Send required information upon request
- Assist in the organization of HR related events
- Generate timely reports
**What we require?**
- Formal qualification in HR
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the HR department
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with and handle confidential information
- Excellent reporting and IT skills including Microsoft office. Experience in Power BI, Sharepoint and BambooHR is preferable
- Fluent in Spanish and English (English is a must)
