Warranty Analyst

**Warranty Analyst (Analista de Garantias) - Chile**

**Working Scheme**: Face-to-face. (Santiago)

**About the role**

The **Warranty Analyst** is responsible to support dealer's claims about all the issues in the warranty system. Audit the process, generate dashboards with all the warranty data to regionals reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Download the claims information from the warranty system.
- Upload the claims information on the dashboards.
- Generate reports to the dealers and to the region with the top parts, times and warranty spend.
- Support all the issues that dealers report about OWS.
- Audit the process of warranty in the west coast.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with 1 year of experience in the Automotive Industry, Sales, in administrative and documentary processes.
- Professional in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical) or bachelor’s degree (Management, International Trade)
- Languages: English medium level
