**Funciones del cargo**:

- Desarrollar según el estándar de Betterfly para entregar un producto de excelencia, con la calidad exigida por Betterfly y sostenible en el tiempo.
- Ser responsable del correcto uso de las herramientas de transparencia, permitiendo saber el real estado de avance (o atraso) de los proyectos.
- Identificar posibles inconvenientes de forma prematura y levantarlos a su equipo oportunamente.
- Verificar los comentarios hechos por quien revisa el código y realizar o discutir los cambios solicitados, para que el desarrollo sea ordenado, escalable y esté alineado con el estándar de Betterfly.
- Velar por la colaboración entre el equipo de trabajo por sobre la individualidad para alcanzar el objetivo en cada iteración.
- Ser autogestionados; nadie (ni siquiera el facilitador ágil) les dice cómo convertir los PBI en incrementos del Producto.
- Buscar optimizar su desempeño y se enfoquen siempre en la mejora continua.
- Respetar y practicar los valores de la agilidad y de Betterfly dentro del equipo de trabajo
- Velar por generar un buen ambiente de trabajo dentro del equipo.
- Participar activamente en los eventos del marco de trabajo y reuniones extras del marco en pro del desarrollo del producto.
- Colaborar con los stakeholders en pro del desarrollo del producto.
- Establecer conversaciones constantes con el PM para esclarecer dudas con respecto al objetivo de la iteración y negociar alcance en caso de ser necesario.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- 3 años+ de experiência en la Industria.
- Experiência en desarrollos web
- Diseño de APIs REST
- Experiência con BBDD relacionales.
- Experiência con BBDD no relacionales.

**¿Cual es el stack que debes conocer?**
- PHP, Javascript/typescript, CSS, Bootstrap (5.2).
- Deseable React, NodeJS
- Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, Firebase Authentication, AWS Cognito.
- BBDD: MySQL. Deseable: PostgreSQL, Google Firestore, Google Datastore, AWS DynamoDB.

**Opcionales**:

- Experiência con arquitecturas basadas en microservicios y basada en eventos.
- Modelamiento y optimización de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
- Unit testing development
