**¿Qué harás?**:

- Acompañamiento y comunicación con clientes, enfocado a que conozcan los productos y experimenten el valor y desarrollen un correcto uso de los mismos.
- Entregar información de valor, a partir del agendamiento de asesorías, envío de información documentada acorde a las necesidades de los clientes y seguimiento de clientes, para asegurar una implementación eficiente y efectiva del producto
- Realizar de manera eficiente la activación de las funcionalidades específicas del producto.
- Gestión y resolución oportuna y precisa de tickets internos y externos, referentes al proceso de activación.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**:

- Profesional en áreas de Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Servicios, o de la salud.
- Manejo de CRM para gestionar la información del cliente.
- Deseable experiência área de clientes.

**Nos resultaría interesante si cuentas con...**:

- Experiência trabajando en empresas SaaS.
- Experiência en el área de clientes (onboarding, success, postventa).
