**Job Description
- Talent Acquisition Ops. Recruitment Analyst - Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months**
**CONTEXT**
**PURPOSE**
**TECHNICAL**:
- Develop effective Job Adverts
- Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Take ownership of offer process
- Continually identify process improvement opportunities in the respective area and communicate these appropriately
- Understand the best person and culture fit for the team
**PEOPLE**:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with hiring managers
- Be the point of liaison between all functions engaged in recruitment activities and orchestrate the activities throughout recruitment process
**COMMERCIAL**:
- Work towards set of SLA’s and objectives, from the time the role closes up to the provision of a shortlist
- Develop an expertise in a particular function or business area and share market insight and data to help hiring managers make informed decisions
- Support Internal Mobility and maintain right mix of internal and external placements
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge
- A relevant bachelor’s degree qualification or equivalent experience with a sound knowledge of Recruitment, HR legislation, HR and recruiting policies and procedures
- 5+ years’ experience in end to end internal recruitment or agency recruitment
- Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements, selection guidelines and legislation regarding employment practices
- Experience working as a recruiter supporting various business services (eg Engineering, Technical, HR, Finance, etc)
- Experience in enabling technology to deliver recruitment services
- Demonstrate capability to use recruitment systems and tools including social media and AI, social networking, job boards, referrals and our internal network to source prospective talent, capturing the information in our ATS
- Exhibit knowledge of hiring practices,, tracking processes for applicants and open positions and recruiting metrics
- Good understanding of the mining industry and industry trends
- Strong PC skills, with a confident approach working with MS Office, and applicant tracking systems
- Skilled in competency-based interviewing
