**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of Marketing - Trade Marketing & Distribution - Office

The role is responsible for analyse business requirements, develop automated data flows, create monitoring tools, ensure data traceability, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide analytical support to commercial area. You will act as a Digital Commerce Expert.

**Reports to**:RTM & Sales Planning Manager

**Reporting Level**:Management

**Geographic Scope**:Chile

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Understand and analyse business commercial requirements related to data loading, reporting, and processes to implement agile improvements.
- Develop automated data transformation flows using various tools and sources.
- Create trackers and KPIs for stakeholder monitoring with relevant information for decision-making.
- Ensure data and reporting traceability to control risk.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders for digital developments, market insights, and more.
- Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for internal teams.
- Provide analytical support to commercial business areas regarding customer behavior, business performance and activation plan optimization.
- Serve as the expert in digital commerce, driving our digital growth initiatives.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Strong previous experience as a leader in Ecommerce and related processes.
- Technical skills with tools and concepts such as SEO, Google Analytics, Power BI, and others.
- Digital marketing expertise, including Google Ads, CPA networks, targeting, and retargeting flows, is a plus.
- Market knowledge, including Commerce, Marketplace, Order Management, and Omnichannel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
