El candidato trabajará en equipos de desarrollo de protocolos, seguridad de smart contracts y sistemas distribuidos, aplicando buenas prácticas criptográficas para proteger activos digitales y garantizar integridad, confidencialidad y disponibilidad. Responsabilidades Diseñar e implementar protocolos criptográficos (primitives, zero-knowledge proofs, MPC, homomorphic encryption).Desarrollo y auditoría de smart contracts y sistemas blockchain seguros.Implementar y optimizar algoritmos de hashing, firmas digitales, consenso distribuido y verificación de transacciones.Participar en la definición de arquitectura segura para sistemas distribuidos y wallets.Colaborar con equipos de producto y seguridad para garantizar resiliencia, privacidad y escalabilidad.Evaluar nuevas tecnologías criptográficas y proponer mejoras en la infraestructura de seguridad.Documentar protocolos, algoritmos y decisiones de diseño para auditorías internas y externas. Requisitos obligatorios Experiencia en desarrollo de software seguro aplicado a blockchain o sistemas distribuidos.Conocimiento profundo de algoritmos criptográficos: AES, RSA, ECDSA, EdDSA, hash functions, commitment schemes.Experiencia con zero-knowledge proofs (zkSNARKs, zkSTARKs, Bulletproofs) y/o secure MPC.Dominio de lenguajes de programación: Rust, C/C++, Go o Python.Familiaridad con blockchain frameworks y smart contracts (Ethereum/Solidity, Substrate, zk-rollups).Conocimiento de protocolos de consenso y seguridad en redes distribuidas.Habilidades de documentación técnica y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
