Junior Recruiter

We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter, based in Chile, to support our Talent Acquisition team with international hiring across the US, Europe, and LATAM. In this role, you’ll help coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities — from posting jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media to assisting with AI-powered sourcing and candidate communication. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to start a career in HR or recruiting, learn how digital and AI tools are transforming talent acquisition, and gain exposure to global recruitment operations. Main Tasks: Supporting recruiter with posting jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.Assisting in identifying, screening, and engaging candidates using AI-supported sourcing tools.Taking part in interviews and progressively owning direct candidate communication, ensuring timely and professional follow-up throughout the process.Coordinating interviews and managing communication between candidates and hiring teams.Maintaining and updating candidate data in the internal systems.Supporting the preparation of job descriptions, candidate summaries, and recruitment reports.Contributing to employer branding campaigns and social media recruitment initiatives.Monitoring recruitment metrics and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.Collaborating with the hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred (not mandatory). Based in Chile, with the ability to work effectively in an international, remote team environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken) — essential for sourcing and communication across the US and Europe. Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, or People Operations. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Curious about using AI, automation, and data-driven tools to improve recruitment processes. Comfortable with digital platforms such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and job boards. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
