Important responsibilities in this role will include:

• Training for the Series 16 certification for Supervisory Analyst.
• Proofreading financial research reports, checking for accuracy across different parameters
• Making sure that the reports are in 100% conformity with the latest regulatory provisions of FINRA
• Copy and invasive editing for grammar, punctuation, nuanced phrasing, cohesion, flow, etc.
• Structural changes and heavy edits to copy and some research can be involved
• Communicating with financial research analysts, top management, and the compliance team on a regular basis
• Frequent multi-tasking

Skills we’re looking for:

• Native or native-level spoken and written communication skills in English
• Proven strength or experience in editing, proofreading, publishing, etc, in any of the following:

- Any company (internal documents, guidelines, etc)

- Financial brokerage house, investment banks, etc

• Basic understanding of company financials and terminologies is a plus
• Should be keen to get further certifications and learning, as we’ll be training the selected candidate on different financial elements.
