ID de solicitud de puesto: 8783- Lugar de trabajo: Las Condes,CL**Mission**:Control and coordinate the standardization of design,planning and construction of the project or projects assigned with thedifferent areas, in order to ensure the implementation of the actionguidelines, facilitating the management of activities, managing theinternal resources defined for the engineering area, contributing tothe generation of savings both in economic resources and work time,minimizing deviations, due to lack of information or knowledge of theprocesses, promoting a participatory work culture and continuousimprovement in the generation of actions, according to qualitystandards, KPI's, management, policies, procedures and definedbudgets.**Functions**:- Generate the WBS of the project, generatingalso the mobilization plan for acquiring/outsourcing the rightresources on due time according to the general project plan, aiming toachieve project´s objectives.- Ensure the delivery of all technicalpackages of the project, coordinating all ENGIE relevant internalstakeholders (our teams, other ENGIE entities) as well as externalstakeholders.- Coordinate and follow up the tendering process for allthe technical related matters, taking also the leadership of the C&Pworkshops to define the right strategy for the project.- Controltechnical contractors from engineering studies to execution works.-Coordinate and follow up the execution of all the engineering studiesrelated to corresponding stream.- Coordinate with the other TPMs allthe necessary actions to efficiently integrate the different streams.-Analyze and identify the critical interfaces between streams,proposing new activities, way of construction or changes in design tomitigate the risks.- In conjunction with PMO, elaborate and thenmonitor the project´s base line (schedule, budget and scope) as wellas the quality in order to take the necessary action to keep theproject on schedule and under the budget, mapping the risk andcontrolling the action plans of the stream.- Generate the projecttechnical reports of the corresponding defined stream as defined inthe PMP.- Develop and delivery timely the Project Management Plan withall its elements, in accordance with ENGIE´s procedures.- Participateof the corresponding peer reviews and other IND1 and particular GBUrequirements.What you bring:**Academic Background**:Mechanical,Electrical or Civil Engineering**Technical Competences**:- You have aproven track record in managing projects- Project managementactivities in the fields of hydrogen or natural gas, from technicalstudies to execution works.- English spoken and written advancedlevel- Between 8 and 10 years in the project areas, and more than 5years in management of related projects (wind, PV, Tx, thermal,industries, etc.) with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation andcontrol, civil and related disciplines.We are an inclusive companyAllour job opportunities are under the framework of Law 21.015, whichencourages the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labormarket.Join our team and together let's lead Chile's energytransition #ActWithENGIE- Unidad de negocio: GBU Flexible Gen &Retail- Division: Thermal SOUTHAM - EECL - Chile- Entidad legal: ENGIEAUSTRAL S.A.- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Tipo de empleo: TiempoCompleto- Experiência profesional: Cualificado ( >3 experiência
