Growth Marketer/ R.M. Agencia digital, relacionada con el Growth marketer y performance, requiere incorporar a su equipo un-Growth marketer autocrítico, curioso, proactivo, interdisciplinario y analítico, el rol tiene como finalidad liderar las cuentas de cada cliente, diseñando e implementado estrategias de marketing digital orientadas al crecimiento. Principales funciones: Gestión de Clientes y Colaboración: Coordinar la estrategia digital, asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos, y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con especialistas de distintas áreas (SEO, diseño, redes sociales, desarrollo web, etc.) y áreas de producción.Gestión de Rentabilidad: Medir y ajustar el Retorno de la Inversión Publicitaria (ROAS), asegurar la correcta ejecución presupuestaria, y colaborar con Finanzas para optimizar presupuestos.Crecimiento y Optimización: Impulsar el crecimiento de las cuentas, promover la experimentación, y buscar aumentar el Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).Enfoque Comercial: Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y captar clientes mediante prospección activa. Colaborar en el desarrollo de propuestas comerciales, upselling/cross-selling y estrategias de expansión. Requisitos: Titulados publicidad, MKT, Ingenierías y carreras relacionadas.Conocimientos deseables en Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads y Google Analytics.Conocimientos deseables en SEO y Análisis de DatosManejo avanzado de Excel para análisis e informes.Herramientas de Email Marketing (ActiveCampaign, RD Station, Mailchimp) y Automatización Conversacional/Chatbots (Cliengo, Bootmaker, Genius).
