Job Description

Brindar asistencia y apoyo al departamento legal y a todos los departamentos de la región en temas legales, así como del negocio. Análisis e implementación de políticas internas. Asesoría en asuntos legales básicos. Investigación de legislación y proyectos de ley. Coordinación de temas legales con otros departamentos y dentro del departamento legal. Apoyo con asuntos administrativos claves y con el presupuesto del departamento legal para la región

Responsabilidades

  • Revisión y preparación de contratos de diversa índole NDA, arrendamiento, contratos con otros proveedores de productos y/o servicios, acuerdos de uso de materiales de marcas, bases de concursos y promociones.
  • Mantenimiento de la estructura legal de las entidades de la región y de las condiciones para que ejecuten sus actuaciones válidamente en conformidad con la legislación de cada jurisdicción de la región.
  • Responder a consultas internas, relativas al uso, gestión y protección de las marcas, patentes, diseños y/o dibujos industriales, derechos de autor de las entidades de la región.
  • Demostrar cumplimiento de políticas globales de contratación y relacionamiento con terceros. Detección de errores en la ejecución de estas políticas y su subsanación. Búsqueda de antecedentes y preparación de informes para las auditorías legales requeridas desde Global.
  • Difusión y entrenamiento sobre la adecuada aplicación de las políticas legales requeridas por los empleados de las entidades de la región para el desarrollo de sus funciones. Preparación de materiales para entrenamientos e impartición de trainings legales en base a ellos dirigidos a los empleados de las entidades de la región.
  • Apoyo con temas administrativos y facturación incluyendo órdenes compra, seguimiento de las mismas, confirmación de pagos a proveedores, control del presupuesto y gasto del presupuesto de legal.

Requisitos

  • 2 años de experiencia como abogada/o.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse: trabajar de forma independiente y organizada.
  • Conocimiento de programas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Projuris (deseable)
  • Conocimiento de la legislación local de Chile
  • Inglés Intermedio (excluyente)
