- Work with stakeholders to groom and maintain a CRM productbacklog
- Build and maintain Dashboard and Reports
- UseDeclarative Salesforce functionality to build out our SalesforceCRM
- Act as a member of an Agile Scrum team and work withprogrammatic developers and product owners to build an excellent CRMsolution to deliver value across the organization
- Strategicallybuild account hierarchies
- Leverage your Salesforce knowledge toadequately train employees on how to use Salesforce
- Create CRMbest practices
- Maintain and own responsibility for aSalesforce-driven organization **What we're looking for**
-Previous experience working with **Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud**required
- Previous experience working with **Salesforce CPQ****(it is a big plus for this client)**: - Deep knowledge andunderstanding of the Salesforce platform
- Experience working withvarious departments and teams to build **Dashboards andReports**: - Experience working with programmers to determinethe best solutions and when to use Declarative vs ProgrammaticSolutions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of **SOQL andSalesforce Metadata**: - Use of a repository to trackdeclarative changes
- Familiar with the latest **Salesforce toolsand features** such as Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs, Einstein ActivityMetrics, Ant for Metadata deployments, etc
- High-Levelunderstanding of the Salesforce deployment processes and environmentmanagement
