FP&A Lead
Fintoc está cambiando la forma en que las personas pagan por internet con pagos sin tarjeta.
Este tipo de pagos ya es una realidad en regiones como Europa, Brasil y Norteamérica y Fintoc está en pole position para impulsar esta oportunidad. Solo en Chile, el 14% de la población ya ha pagado con nuestro medio de pagos.
Como FP&A Lead serás responsable de la gestión operativa de las finanzas de Fintoc en todos los países donde estemos, además de la visión estratégica en torno a los presupuestos, planificación y proyecciones.
Como FP&A Lead- Liderarás la planificación financiera, desarrollando presupuestos, pronósticos financieros a corto y largo plazo ajustadas a los objetivos y realidad de la empresa.
- Serás responsable de la relación con contadores que nos ayudan en las distintas operaciones: Chile, MX, USA, Cayman.
- Aportar a la relación con inversionistas de Fintoc.
- Tendrás que hacerte cargo de todas las proyecciones y consolidación financiera de Fintoc. Prepararás informes financieros claros y precisos. Estos informes pueden abarcar áreas como el rendimiento financiero, la salud del negocio y las previsiones futuras.
- Gestionarás los KPIs de performance de Fintoc.
- Asesorarás en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Esto puede incluir recomendaciones sobre inversiones, asignación de recursos y estrategias para mejorar la rentabilidad.
- Llevarás el manejo y proyección de caja para las dos operaciones.
- Apoyarás la gestión de contratos y finiquitos con el área de People.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en planificación, proyección y consolidación financiera.
- Inglés avanzado oral y escrito
- Experiencia llevando relación con contadores a todo nivel.
- Manejo de KPIs de performance.
- Capacidad de hacer de todo y cambiar de foco de manera rápida.
- Que puedas tener las manos en la operación diaria y el cerebro en la planificación a largo plazo. Proceso de selección
