JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will develop and execute business development strategies for top clients in Chile to ensure growth and achieve of revenue objectives within our Financial Sector. The individual will be the lead in securing additional an incremental in revenues in one year. The individual must able to drive the highest level of client service and improve relationships in the process. The individual must build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and transformational business opportunities.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? (Job functions)

  • Manage potential and existing large key accounts and direct sales to all viable large complex customers.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to specific accounts/sales channels cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and new business development.
  • Subject matter expert to negotiate with customers in real time.
  • Direct face-to-face contact with key decision makers partnering with customers to understand their needs and leverage our products to improve their business.
  • Responsible for achieving the annual revenue target for his/her targeted “high opportunity” client base.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with all key account players, including an understanding of their purchasing criteria.
  • Engages subject matter experts to collaboratively identify, sell, close and manage prospects.
  • Mentors other associates on sales techniques, tools and best practices.
  • Consistently demonstrates a high level of competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development).
  • Displays advanced industry knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills including a perfect command of English and Spanish.

WE HAD LOVE TO SEE (requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers, and/or other related discipline and MBA is needed or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in direct outside/inside sales communicating with all levels of the buying organization including C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal business units to identify and solve client business issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Proficient in SalesForce. .
  • Experience in consultative sales, client service and project management.
  • Preferred knowledge about the credit reporting industry or International business planning experience would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including 100% fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Solid project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under conflicting priorities and producing key deliverables.
  • Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Proficient organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with PowerPoint and the Office Suite of applications.
  • A high work ethic combined with vision.
  • Comfortable traveling 50% of the time

**This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
