Staffing Analyst Leadat BairesDev What You Will Do: - Define Staffingstrategy for available openings.
- Reveal information related toprofile and openings assignment.
- Work with PMs and AMs toidentify farming opportunities in the different accounts.
- Proposeimprovements in staffing, recruiting, and farmingprocesses. Here’s what we are looking for: - 5+ years ofexperience in recruiting/staffing.
- 1+ year of experience inRecruiting IT.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
