Thepurpose of this position is to support the Accounts Receivablefunction by processing customer invoices and payments, managing andauditing customer records, and delivering accurate financialinformation to internal stakeholders; by interacting with customers toresolve discrepancies; by assisting in overall TOMRA FOOD Financedepartment goals and initiatives.

**KeyResponsibilities**:
**Primary Job Functions**
- Process customerinvoices and issue monthly statements.
- Focus on timely collectionof customer payments related to upcoming projects, service contracts,and rentals, as well as past-due invoices.
- Coordinate withvarious internal departments to resolve customer issues affectingpayment of invoices.
- Process customer payments and maintaincustomer accounts.
- Update project billing and payment status insupport of revenue review meetings.
- Perform a regular assessmentof customer credit levels.
- Review and release customer ordersfrom credit hold.
- Provide regular customer account status reportsto Finance and Sales managers.
- Assist in month-end / year-endclosing process and annual audit by preparing assigned reports orproviding documentation as directed.
- Perform other duties asassigned.

**Financial and Business Management**
- Meetreporting deadlines, providing relevant and insightful informationthat supports and tells the story behind our performance (actual andforecast).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Work to a high standard, striving for excellent customer service andseeking ways to do things better
- Treat the business as acustomer, setting expectations and ensuring customer delight. Performregular audits of performance against customer needs and expectations,and adjust style and activities accordingly.
- Manage expectationsand deliver to the requirements of stakeholders.
- Activelyparticipate in the development and implementation of finance-relatedprojects which aim to improve and enhance finance information andprocesses.

**Qualifications** Experience**:

- Minimum4-5 years’ experience in receivables and collections positions.
-Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Knowledge or interestin developing in taxes within LATAM, desireble.
- Stronganalytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strongwritten and oral communication skills.
- Perfectionist by nature,with a high attention to detail.
- Proactive.
- Capable ofexercising considerable judgement and discretion.
