En J.E.J Ingeniería nos encontramos en proceso de búsqueda de un(a) Principal Integration / Categoría A para el proceso de licitación denominado “Servicio de Owner Team Support (OTS) - Proyecto Cerro Colorado Life Extension”, con base en Santiago Propósito del cargo Asegurar la integración transversal del alcance del proyecto, costos, plazos, calidad, riesgos, lecciones aprendidas, información y cambios del proyecto, aplicando BOS y los Global Standards de BHP, con foco en la gobernanza de estudios y la toma de decisiones. Responsabilidades Diseñar y mantener el Plan de Gestión de la Integración del estudio. Participar en la administración de control de cambios, asegurando evaluación de impactos cruzados. Gestionar el riesgo integrado (matriz, heat maps, respuestas, costos/plazos contingencia). Establecer y proporcionar soporte para la definición de rutinas BOS, reuniones de desempeño, tableros visuales y KPIs. Asegurar gobernanza de documentos clave. Coordinar interfaces técnicas y contractuales (ingeniería, testwork, suministros, permisos, stakeholders, entre otros). Preparar reportes ejecutivos bilingües y apoyar gestiones generales del Core Team. Requisitos mínimos Formación: Ingeniería Civil/Ejecución u otra que demuestre conocimientos del Sistema BOS y de la gestión en BHP. Idioma: Inglés (obligatorio). Herramientas: Excel, Word, PowerPoint avanzado; P6 usuario; Power BI/SharePoint (deseable). Competencias: BOS avanzado (gestión visual, resolución de problemas).
