-Responsible for the Patient Experience Management: Lead PatientExperience Strategy and Map (digital) patient journeys, Segment &Personalize patient Experience, identify opps, propose new solutions &lead/support implementation of projects.
- Monitor, measuring &Continuous improvement: Monitor KPI by empowering patient to getFeedback & insights for continuous improvement and transform process,engagement, and efficiency in every patient interaction.
- Leading:Lead team & cell of patient experience focusing on a healthy &collaborative ICU Culture and the development of the teammembers.
- Responsible for the design, planning and conduct of thePOP: overall management of the External Service Provider; Regularlyinteract with the POP Champion and the Pharmacovigilance Responsiblein or-der to discuss POP and ESP performance and compliance on casesof non-compliance, including late AE reporting, and to ensureappropriate action and risk mitigation (deviations and CAPAs);

-Experience leading teams and complex projects in a matrixenvironment
- Knowledge of quality control KPIs (data verification,regulatory, deviations and CAPAs),
- Budget managingexperience
- Digital skills and Agile Methodology knowledgedesirable
