Detailed job description - SkillSet:

- Developing new programs to support the strategicdirection of the organization.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcomeprogram risks, and produce program reports for management andstakeholders
- Ensuring the delivery of new products or servicesfrom projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time andwithin budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programmegovernance arrangements
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuringprogram goals are reached
- Work closely with project sponsor,cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan anddevelop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget,and timing for new initiatives
- Identify key requirements neededfrom cross-functional teams and external vendors
- ensuring thedelivery of new products or services from projects is to theappropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordancewith the programme plan and programme governancearrangements

Mandatory Skills
- Senior business stakeholdermanagement skills
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologiesviz. Agile Scrum
- Exceptional leadership, time management,facilitation, and organizational skills
- To understand theexisting functional/business landscape and build the program fromscratch
