What do we do?

What are we looking for?

As a Compliance Analyst , you will perform all daily compliance activities to support other areas, particularly Development, Commercial, EPC, ESG and Operations.

What Challenges will you face?

  • Execute and track the 'know your customer' and 'know your partner' processes for all areas of Atlas.
  • Assist in investigations of breaches of the Atlas Code of Conduct and Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery Policy through interviews, analysis of communications and documents, and preparation of investigation plans, as well as close contact with contractors who work for Atlas)
  • Conduct field visits with Atlas employees, contractors, authorities, auditors, etc.
  • Report on investigations carried out including quarterly reports to the Compliance Committee.
  • Provide compliance training to Atlas employees and, if necessary, support contractors in their trainings at Atlas’ plants.
  • Conduct risk analysis of vendors, clients and new contractors, provide periodic monitoring, and if needed, a general review of specific risks.

What specific knowledge do you require?

  • At least 3 years in similar positions in the compliance areas of banks, manufacturing or logistics operations, audit (ideally Big Four), companies in the energy sector or similar;
  • University degree(s) in business, economics or law
  • 'Know your customer’ and ‘know your partner’ processes;
  • Investigations.
  • Compliance Trainings and Risk Analysis.
  • Languages: Spanish - native, English - advanced, Portuguese - desired.
  • Intermediate level of MS Office.
