Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico yejecutor. Trabajarás en un área clave para el crecimiento de Cabify enChile, en conjunto con un grupo de managers y analistas para apoyarte.

Misión del puesto

¿Cómo nosayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Serás lapersona encargada de proponer desarrollos estratégicos para el área depasajeros en base al análisis de datos.
  • Trabajarás junto almanager del área en la toma de decisiones y el desarrollo delplanteamiento estratégico tales cómo:
  • Acquisition, comoprincipal objetivo para incrementar la demanda a través de susdiferentes palancas digital, offline y marketing.
  • Engagement,velar por mantener un LTV, Churn y Net Growth óptimo para elcrecimiento del negocio en cada unos de los canales para poder asíidentificar enablers de crecimiento.
  • En conjunto con elmanager establecerán la planificación estratégica, así como también dehacer el seguimiento del presupuesto, optimización de indicadores,etc.
  • Serás líder de proyectos, desde la implementación hastael análisis de los diversos enablers asegurando su correctofuncionamiento en conjunto con áreas locales y globales.
  • Experiencia en áreas de growth y/o estrategias deadquisición y fidelización de clientes.
  • Tener conocimiento endigital como canal de adquisición.
  • Contar con experiencia enimplementación y análisis de proyectos o campañas.
  • Visiónestratégica para hacer crecer el área en el mediano y largo plazo demanera sostenible.
  • Actitud de entrega práctica y continua.Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse al cambio.
  • Capacidadanalítica profunda para encontrar insights de una gran cantidad dedatos.
  • Experiencia en obtención, manejo y análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y equipo (no excluyente)
  • Orientación a resultados.
  • Autogestión y autonomíapara la toma de decisiones y proyectos.
  • Mínimo 2 o 3 años deexperiencia.
