The Roles:

This is an opportunity for Lawyers to join a team which is dedicated to supporting various Fortune 500 clients in the negotiation of a range of documents in 3 different verticals and industries:

• Banks and Financial Institutions: Derivatives and financial instrument documents - ISDA, Prime Brokerage, etc
• Health, Pharma, Biotech and more: Pharma, ISS contracting, comprehensive clinical studies and trails agreements, IP development agreements and more
• Media, technology and communications: IP and licensing agreements, data privacy, software, services, supply chain and other related agreements to this industry vertical.

Successful candidates will be expected to analyze and resolve any issues arising during negotiations, operating in a time-pressured environment, to progress a portfolio of live matters.

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:

• Undergraduate Degree and/or Legally Qualified in Chile or Argentina.
• LLM studies or similar master's degree studies abroad is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience of analyzing, drafting, negotiating, and advising on legal documentation within a law firm or as part of an in-house legal team in relation with the industries and verticals named above.
• 100% of the work is in English and it is mandatory a professional level for applicants.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Regular client-facing experience.
• Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers.
• The legal knowledge to act as an advisor to our clients and serve as an escalation point on issues for more junior team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Being located in Chile or Argentina and planning to stay on these locations for a while.
