Senior Supply Chain Consultant

To support our growth, we are looking for senior supply chain consultants. The consultant will be a member of a project team to assess our customer's supply chains and develop solutions/recommendations.

This highly motivated person will analyze data, develop optimization models, simulate flows, and map processes. This senior-level role presents an excellent career opportunity for a candidate with the desire to grow their responsibilities in the project team and the company at a fast pace.

The position will provide insight into various industries and work with a strong team in an international environment. This position is located in Santiago, Chile.

1. Work directly with client & internal team to understand business requirements of a client organization, identify data requirements and necessary supporting analysis, and formulate strategies and solutions that yield value for our clients.
2. Determine underlying issues, solution alternatives and framework, and calculate benefits of solution to the integrated supply chain.
3. Develop innovative solutions leveraging internal tools, knowledge, and international expertise, like network structure, determine optimal site location and inventory levels for a facility, determine ideal transportation lanes, and identify appropriate mix of transportation and contracting strategies.
4. Support in results presentation in front of clients (from Operational levels to C levels of global and national companies).
5. Lead internal work teams made up of Consultants, Analysts, and Illustrators. Support and ensure the quality of the work of the team in charge.
6. Support in the realization of commercial proposals and presentation of these with potential clients and identifying business opportunities from ongoing projects.

1. Bachelor or master's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or logistics.
2. Should have at least 1-2 years working experience in consultancy companies.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Strong team player.
5. Excellent written/oral communication skills in Spanish and English. Other languages are welcomed.
6. Advanced skill with MS Office suite, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Python, SQL, and strong data analysis knowledge is a plus.
7. Knowledge of common logistics standard processes and IT systems.
8. International experience is appreciated.
9. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
