EF international Campuses is looking for a strategical, entrepreneurial, and sales-driven Country Product Manager to take the program and the team to the next level

In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind achieving our country's goals, making it the most sought-after position within our Sales career path. As the full owner of your product, you will bear the responsibility for driving growth and success in Chile.

As the leader of the sales team, your top priority will be to drive sales and grow market share through telemarketing and personal consultations. Additionally, you will lead the recruiting, coaching, and developing of your team. You have full ownership of your program in the Chilean market, but you operate in a truly international environment among a young and dynamic team gaining unparalleled exposure, shaping the future of education and making a lasting impact on students' lives.

As part of the management team, you will play a key role in defining the success of the country.

Your main responsibilities are:
  1. Drive sales of our education programs
  2. Sales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow-up
  3. Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance
  4. Develop, execute, and meet short and long-term sales goals
  5. Understand and beat previous year's sales targets
  6. Execution of online and offline marketing campaigns and large events (e.g., student fairs and competitions)
  7. Business development with companies, schools, and universities
  8. Overseeing the creation and production of marketing material
  9. Analysis of your sales situation, the current market, and our competitors
  10. Develop and own program budget, including pricing, discount policy, marketing and sales strategy, distribution, and activity plans
  11. Execute & evaluate sales and marketing strategies
  12. Hire, develop, and retain future leaders
  13. Drive customer relationship management and retention programs
  14. Crisis management and complaint handling
  15. Cooperation with our production units across the world
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience and a minimum of 5 years of working experience for a reputable company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector or leading retail/FMCG company
  2. A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration, hospitality industry, or a related discipline
  3. Experience managing a team while being hands-on
  4. Experience desired in lead generation and execution of marketing plans
  5. Fluency in both written and spoken local language and English

  8. Fit into a fast-growing environment, i.e., be able to cope with some uncertainties and see them as part of the company's rapid development
  9. Experience from either living or studying abroad
  10. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
