We are looking for a Head of Influencer

Are you passionate about influencer marketing and building high-impact communities? Do you have experience leading teams and managing innovative digital strategies? Then this opportunity is for you

At metaconsulting, we are seeking a Head of Influencer Marketing for one of our clients. In this role, you will lead the influencer marketing strategy and enhance the brand's digital presence through collaborations with content creators. This position requires a combination of leadership, strategic vision, and team management, with a strong focus on optimizing the return on investment in influencer campaigns.

What will you do in this role?

  1. Design and execute the Influencer Marketing strategy.
  2. Lead a team of influencer specialists.
  3. Establish strategic relationships with content creators, agencies, and platforms.
  4. Negotiate contracts and secure partnerships aligned with the brand.
  5. Oversee campaign execution and its impact on the community.
  6. Manage crises and strengthen the brand's reputation on social media.
  7. Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing.

What we are looking for:

  1. Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in agencies.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and stakeholder relationship management.
  5. Advanced proficiency in tools like Traackr, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, and digital analytics platforms.
  6. Advanced English for communication with international stakeholders.

Location: Santiago, hybrid/remote mode based on business needs.

Salary: $2,500,000 - $4,000,000 CLP net + benefits and performance bonuses.
