Técnico de Implementación de Infraestructura, Infrastructure Delivery Team

Estamos buscando contratar a un Técnico de Implementación de Infraestructura altamente motivado y de primera línea para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo de escalamiento de red. Las responsabilidades del cargo involucran el aprovisionamiento de hardware, configuración y conectividad de fibra de proyectos de escalamiento interdependientes en varios sitios de data center. El Técnico de Red trabajará en estrecha colaboración con clientes internos y proveedores externos para facilitar la ejecución fluida del proyecto en conjunto con los Gerentes de Programa Técnico.
Nuestro candidato ideal es altamente autónomo, muy detallista, tiene excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, y cuenta con experiencia significativa en el soporte de redes empresariales a gran escala. Serán altamente competentes en todos los aspectos de instalación y resolución de problemas de hardware de red, software y conectividad de fibra, todo combinado con una metodología comprobada de entrega de proyectos. Esta posición trabajará con supervisión mínima para impulsar la estabilidad y sustentabilidad de nuestras redes de próxima generación y para ayudar en el desarrollo de formas innovadoras de automatizar y escalar nuestra red a medida que nos expandimos.
Se espera que los Técnicos de Implementación de Infraestructura trabajen con las mejores prácticas establecidas para refinar procedimientos operativos, desarrollar nuevas herramientas y pensar constantemente de forma proactiva e innovadora. El deseo y la capacidad de trabajar en un ambiente ambiguo y colaborativo son esenciales para el éxito.
El técnico estará ubicado en el estado de Santiago, sin embargo, también brindará soporte remoto a otros Centros de Datos en la región cuando sea necesario. Será responsable de la gestión diaria de incidentes de servidores, equipos de red y cableado.
