As an RBT at Lighthouse, you can expect to:

• Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs, sustain impact to body, run, crouch, squat, kneel for sustained periods, bend at the waist, and maintain full range of motion of hands and arms. Must be able to sit on the floor and chair for long periods of time and move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling without support. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
