Responsabilidades clave:- Apoyar al Gerente General en la gestión de proyectos relacionados con operaciones, recursos humanos y mejora continua.
- Optimizar procesos productivos, planificar turnos y proyecciones de producción.
- Implementar sistemas de abastecimiento, evaluación de proveedores y gestión de presupuestos.
- Diseñar y controlar proyectos de inversión asegurando cumplimiento en costos, tiempos y alcance.
- Actualizar proyecciones de ventas, despachos y materias primas.
- Educación: Ingeniero Civil Industrial (o similar).
- Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 10 años en gestión de operaciones y finanzas.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés.
- Habilidades clave: Liderazgo, gestión de personas, análisis financiero, optimización de recursos, planificación estratégica.
