The Opportunity

In This Role You Will

  1. Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.
  2. Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.
  3. Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership.
  4. Oversee the capital planning process for new projects.
  5. Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
  6. Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

  1. Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions.
  2. Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
  3. Have experience working on mission critical projects in the Chile region.
  4. Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.
  5. Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees.
  6. Have English language fluency.
  7. Resume to be uploaded in English as English language fluency is required.
