Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to support the Web Content team for a top index provider. The role involves planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects, ensuring timely project delivery while keeping stakeholders updated and engaged. The ideal candidate is someone who can leverage their experience working with project management activities and their organizational and relationship skills to build trust and respect. Key Responsibilities

Coordinating with the internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, Commercial Sales leadership, Index Data Services, Finance, Legal, and Strategy & Operations, to assess and define the project scope. Developing a project plan and roadmap that prioritizes work to be completed, assigning tasks to stakeholders, defining resources and constraints, and establishing timelines. Creating a comprehensive list of use cases requiring harmonization and writing or assisting stakeholders in writing use cases. Planning and executing formal project meetings efficiently and providing continual updates on progress to stakeholders.

Managing different initiatives in parallel, being able to stay on top of all initiatives. Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to senior stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Analyze current processes and workflows to identify gaps inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables for technical and non-technical teams. Core Competencies Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, enabling clear stakeholder engagement and reporting. Proven track record in managing complex projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business environment / corporate finance. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for creating reports and actionable insights. 3–5 years of experience driving projects in dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Website management. Knowledge of software DotCMS, Adobe tools, Salesforce.com.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
