The Opportunity As a Primary Care Provider , you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients — emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. You’ll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes , patient satisfaction , and work–life balance . What You’ll Do: Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions. Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators. Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.
