Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Integration Retail Lead to drive end-to-end integration solutions within the retail domain. This role requires deep expertise in POS and RFID systems, strong integration knowledge, and proven leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead integration initiatives for retail systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between POS, RFID, and enterprise platforms. Design and implement integration solutions using tools such as TIBCO, Kafka, and other middleware technologies. Develop and maintain API specifications and functional documentation for integration projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Oversee offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery. Drive configuration and optimization of LSC POS and RFID applications. Ensure compliance with best practices for system integration, security, and scalability. Key Requirements Proficiency in English and Spanish (local language support). Minimum 8+ years in the retail domain with strong knowledge of POS and RFID applications. Hands‑on experience with LSC POS and RFID configurations. Strong integration expertise with tools such as TIBCO, Kafka, and related technologies. Proven ability to write API specifications and functional documentation. Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience coordinating offshore teams and managing distributed delivery models. Preferred Skills Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern API frameworks. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Why Join Us?
