Senior Product Designer – Andes Path Join to apply for the Senior Product Designer role at Andes Path . Department: SoftwareLocation: Santiago (Hybrid) Description We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape and deliver digital products that live at the edge of emerging technology, from control interfaces for advanced robots, to dashboards that visualize data from entirely new classes of sensors, to web apps and demos for cutting‑edge innovation labs. This is UI/UX for software — apps, dashboards, websites — not industrial or hardware form design. Some projects you’ll lead from zero to launch; others you’ll join mid‑stream, bringing clarity, polish, and coherence to something already in motion. We value team collaboration — the ability to own the vision when needed, but also to contribute meaningfully when someone else is steering. This role blends design craft, product strategy, and user insight. You’ll help define what we build and why, while delivering production‑ready interfaces that feel intuitive, purposeful, and beautiful. This is a high‑trust role with real scope, autonomy, and impact. What You’ll Do Own digital product design from early concept through launch and iteration. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems for apps, dashboards, and web products. Collaborate with clients and teammates to define product scope and experience. Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain visual/UX quality. Conduct user research and testing to validate and improve designs. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, usable interfaces. Mentor other designers and contribute to a high‑trust, pragmatic design culture. Minimum Requirements 5+ years designing and shipping digital products in fast‑moving environments. Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US‑based teams. Proven ability to lead design end to end — from discovery to production‑ready UI. Strong skills in interaction design, visual systems, and data visualization. Expertise in Figma (or equivalent) and comfort building reusable design systems. Product intuition — you’ve shaped not just how things look, but what gets built. Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments. Pragmatic, self‑directed, and comfortable mentoring others while driving high‑quality execution.
