Estamos en búsqueda de un Ticketing Manager, un rol clave en la planificación y ejecución de eventos y conciertos. Será responsable de gestionar la venta de entradas desde el inicio del proceso hasta la finalización del evento, asegurando una experiencia fluida para el público y alineando estrategias con las principales ticketeras a nivel nacional.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Coordinar con el equipo de producción y gestión de riesgos para definir la capacidad de distintos recintos (estadios, teatros, clubes y arenas).
- Colaborar con las plataformas de venta de entradas para la configuración y puesta en venta de eventos.
- Gestionar la creación de productos adicionales, como paquetes VIP, y supervisar su implementación.
- Coordinar con áreas como Marketing y Promoción para la planificación y ejecución de ventas, comunicándose con equipos internacionales en eventos de alto perfil.
- Asegurar en terreno que todas las necesidades de ticketing estén cubiertas, incluyendo la correcta distribución de asientos.
- Administrar la asignación y distribución de entradas de cortesía con los debidos controles y aprobaciones.
- Gestionar ventas corporativas directas y supervisar a los representantes de ticketing a cargo de estas transacciones.
- Configurar y revisar eventos en plataformas de venta de entradas, garantizando una programación precisa y efectiva.
- Utilizar software especializado para la gestión de ventas de tickets y otras solicitudes operativas.
- Seguir procedimientos rigurosos para la verificación y validación de eventos.
- Anticipar posibles problemas en la configuración de los eventos y planificar estrategias de contingencia.
- Experiencia en e-commerce, marketplace o entornos digitales.
- Dominio avanzado de MS Excel (imprescindible).
- Experiencia en herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Asana (deseable).
- Experiencia con sistemas de ticketing como Ticketmaster, Punto Ticket, Crowder, Palco-4, entre otros (preferente).
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés y español.
- Capacidad analítica y manejo de datos numéricos.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente en un entorno de alta presión.
- Flexibilidad para adaptarse a cambios de prioridad.
- Fuerte capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.
- Disposición para trabajar en terreno, coordinando directamente con producción, artistas y clientes durante los eventos.
