Senior QA Engineer As a Senior QA Engineer you will be deeply involved in every phase of the product development cycle, defining, implementing, and executing tests, both manual and automated, reporting status, tracking testing progress, and measuring performance. Responsibilities Author and automate test plans, test specifications for the product features. Design and develop scripts to automate feature regressions and critical workflows. Drive tests and debug processes of multiple complex components of software technologies, systems, and applications. Work with various developers, product designers, and customer support engineers within the company to deliver defect fixes and enhancements that follow the overall product direction. Troubleshoot, analyze, and isolate defects and report them to a bug tracking database (such as JIRA). Test automation of web applications; experience with multiple automation test frameworks. Languages—Python or similar scripting language. OS—Linux (Ubuntu, Redhat). Virtualization—ESXi, VirtualBox. Required Qualifications You must reside in LATAM. Advanced English skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years of software quality testing with automation experience. 3+ years of programming experience in Python. Experience testing RESTful services. Experience in UI/End‑End Automation. Experience building high quality software in an enterprise SaaS company on a public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with observability tools (Splunk, New Relic, Datadog) in SaaS environments, Kubernetes, Docker containers, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Growth mindset – you pick up new technologies and tools quickly and you thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey your point clearly.
