About Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS) Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions. Responsibilities Work directly with our client, a large multinational bank, as an Index Quant Specialist. Review index rulebooks and implement index models in Python. Work closely with the QIS desks to support in developing and pricing indices across asset classes. Work on automated reports and marketing investment strategies. Develop technical solutions that ensure efficient automation of back‑testing tools and model pricing. Work with database teams to implement logical and meaningful rules for data checks, controls, and work to achieve the highest level of accuracy and timelines. Qualifications BS/MS – Financial Mathematics, Engineering, Investment Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of relevant experience. Advanced level of Python programming language. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Database skills: high level in SQL or equivalent. Strong command of Excel and data manipulation. Good understanding of Financial Markets, Derivatives, Option Pricing and Greeks. Detail and quality oriented. Ability to work under pressure.
