Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Especialista HR role at Kraft Heinz Job Description Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation. Will be responsible for public relations and internal communication, as well as all communication with agencies regarding PR matters. The main objective is to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication with the company's needs (business and culture) to foster a positive work environment and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The role will oversee programs such as Interns and Trainees, support Talent Acquisition in assessing cultural fit, and manage the entire onboarding process. Additionally, the role supports and executes projects, programs, and activities for People & Performance South (Colombia & Chile) to improve engagement and performance and to implement People & Performance strategies. Responsibilities Internal and External Communications Develop annual budgets with input from HRBPs Implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, such as engagement activities, surveys, Town Halls, conventions, 1:1 meetings, and other people-related actions Support Talent Development and Rewards & Compensation teams Maintain employee personnel files securely and accurately for audits and compliance Ensure cultural fit of new hires through business cases and interviews Skills At least 4 years of experience in HR generalist roles Background in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering Advanced English proficiency Location Santiago, Chile Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
