Description and Requirements

This person will be responsible for leading the sales plan for the Workstations business in the assigned territory (Chile and Argentina). Through an integral management that includes the execution of commercial strategies, high product knowledge and commercial support to the local team, he/she will seek to meet the challenges that Lenovo has for this important product line.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Incremental sales/bid in the assigned territory (Steady pipeline growth)
  • Channel development / Build ecosystem
  • Owner for demand generation activities and main projects around the category
  • Establish a strong collaboration with all local sales team to create an effective commercial plan and support tactical activities to accomplish the category goals
  • Synergy and product support to the total sales ecosystem (Internal & External customers)
  • Interface with other members of sales, product, fulfillment, GSC and Finance department while working to secure an appropriate business management and achieve commercial goals.

Job Requirements And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, system engineering, Electronic engineering or similar.
  • Good knowledge of computer systems, IT software solutions and technical specs
  • Desirable good written and fluent spoken English.
  • 5 years of experience in sales. At least 2 years in hardware or software sales

  • Focus in teamwork; drive to achieve and commitments (we do what we say)
  • A person with clear convictions, very organized, focused on results and doomed to service excellence
  • High communication skills, building of good interpersonal relationships.
  • Evident skills in public speaking and building effective presentations
