Drive growth for e-commerce clients through strategic paid social campaigns, with a focus on Meta advertising platforms.

We are seeking a talented Associate Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines a strong technical foundation with a strong problem-solving (and identifying) ability paired with the experience to put thought into action. You'll excel at analyzing performance data, identifying actionable insights, and developing strategic Meta Ads campaigns with a heavy emphasis on new customer acquisition. You will ensure client success by combining your hands-on approach and the client's needs and goals.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Manage Meta ad accounts across client portfolio
  2. Develop and execute conversion-focused campaign strategies
  3. Create and optimize audience targeting, ad creative, and placements
  4. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to account team, keeping client goals in mind
  5. Conduct A/B testing to improve ROAS and conversion rates, led by curiosity and opportunity identification from data
  6. Prepare client performance reports and presentations
  7. Keep up with industry trends to bring more efficiency to our clients & processes
  8. Review clients' creative assets and make recommendations for improvement and net new asset creation with examples, and testing opportunities
  9. Execute effectively on tasks delegated to you
Job Requirements
  1. Proven track record managing large-scale Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce brands
  2. At least 3 years of proven paid social experience in platform (Meta) with an emphasis on e-commerce, agency experience preferred. Most recent experience in ecommerce
  3. Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager
  4. Experience with automated rules, dynamic ads, and catalog management
  5. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
  6. Proficiency in ad creative best practices and A/B testing methodologies
  7. Knowledge of landing page best practices
  8. Ideal but not required: TikTok Ads Manager experience

  3. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups or client visits (estimated less than 5% of work time).
  4. Self-Starter Attitude: Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously within a structured but remote environment.
  5. Time Zone: Elumynt is based in Central Standard Time and requires your virtual presence between 9:30am and 4pm.
  6. Time Commitment: Availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
  7. Time Tracking: Reliable use of time tracking tools to log work hours with accurate task and client details.
