Job Title: Automotive Project Coordinator Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Fulltime Role Overview: The Project Coordinator will support the Project Director and Project Manager in managing and executing projects effectively. This role involves facilitating communication among a team of 25+ members, scheduling meetings, tracking assignments, updating project documentation, and preparing reports for executive reviews. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members. Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes. Track project assignments, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time completion. Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and status updates. Prepare presentations and reports for executive reviews and stakeholder updates. Assist in risk identification and issue resolution to keep projects on track. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience in supporting large teams (25+ members). Familiarity with executive reporting and documentation standards. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
