Key Responsibilities Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with AWS Solution Architects and Generative AI Engineers to integrate multi-cloud and AI components. Lead the development and deployment of Python-based applications and cloud services. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated deployment strategies. Support and mentor junior engineers while providing hands‑on technical guidance. Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Translate business and technical requirements into robust, cloud‑focused solutions. Stay up to date on Azure advancements and emerging technologies relevant to cloud‑native development. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python . 3+ years working hands‑on with Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps, AKS, ARM, etc.). Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestration . Proven expertise building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications in Azure; AWS experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with AI tools; exposure to Cursor is an advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work. Preferred Qualifications Experience in BFSI or large-scale cloud transformation environments. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep). Understanding of cloud security best practices. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics .
