We are looking for a Chile & Peru Treasury and Credit Manager to join our team, focusing on Treasury management, customer orientation, and cash flow.

Based in Santiago – Chile, reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading Chile and Peru, recommending, developing, and implementing finance projects and programs, aligning a strategic vision with LATAM's objectives, acting as a business partner in the Finance team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing the company's cash flows, ensuring there is sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations.
  • Developing short- and long-term treasury projections to facilitate financial planning.
  • Managing the company's investments based on liquidity and profitability objectives.
  • Evaluating and managing the company's credit policy, including the analysis of customer solvency and the approval of credit limits.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions to optimize banking services and financing conditions.
  • Identifying financial risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them, including the use of financial instruments.
  • Directing and supervising the treasury and credit team, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring that financial operations comply with legal regulations and accounting standards.
  • Preparing financial reports related to treasury and credit for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes related to cash and credit management.
  • Ensuring compliance with the integrated management system, considering ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and 50001 regulations.
