As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing financial processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows, support strategic decision-making, and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting & Financial reporting: Ensure proper registry of transactions, prepare financial statements, analyze expenses, and manage Accounts Receivable.
  2. Treasury: Project and estimate cash/funds requirements to comply with the company's payment commitments and obligations. Manage US bank accounts. Manage Accounts Payables.
  3. Tax and compliance: Prepare and file tax returns (federal and state, etc), ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  4. ERP & NetSuite Implementation: Act as a key user in NetSuite implementation, ensuring seamless financial integration and reporting.
  5. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and operations to ensure smooth financial workflows.

What you bring
We´re looking for a detail-oriented professional who is ready to make an impact:

  1. Education: B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  2. Experience: 2+ years experience in financial operations, US taxes, banks and accounting, or a similar role.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting; experience with NetSuite ERP.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for financial accuracy.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  6. Organization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth financial operations.
  7. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial reporting and transaction processing.
