You Are:You are a passionate and experienced ReactJS Developer with a keen eye for detail and a drive for creating exceptional user interfaces. With over 5 years of experience in UI development, you have mastered the intricacies of ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, Babel, Redux, and Webpack. Your deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ECMAScript 6, combined with your proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD, sets you apart as a top-tier developer. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to bring innovative solutions to life. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you excel at designing scalable, maintainable solutions that enhance user experience and application performance. You are proactive, staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design, and you are committed to continuous learning and professional development. With strong communication and collaboration skills, you are an invaluable team player, ready to mentor junior developers and lead projects to success.
What You Will Be Doing:- Lead the development of user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend services and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for code, processes, and technical specifications.
- Enhance the user experience of our enterprise platforms and products, making them more intuitive and efficient.
- Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Improve the performance and responsiveness of our web applications, leading to higher user satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements.
- Contribute to the overall success of Synopsys by developing scalable and maintainable solutions that support our growth and innovation goals.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI development.
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, Babel, Redux, Webpack.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ECMAScript 6.
- Experience with responsive designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for creating and prototyping user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- A proactive and self-driven individual with a passion for UI/UX design.
